On July 10, wanted criminal Vikas Dubey – blamed for murdering 8 cops was killed in an encounter after his vehicle turned turtle as he came to Kanpur alongside the Uttar Pradesh STF. The police have kept up that the vehicle turned to maintain a strategic distance from a crowd of cows out and about promoting a mishap.
