Tokyo Olympic torch relay begins amid concerns of coronavirus. The torch relay of this year’s Tokyo Olympics began on Thursday from Japan’s Fukushima province.

The torch relay has begun amid concerns of the Coronavirus. The torch relay for the Tokyo Olympics 2020 in Japan will run for 121 days.

The event was organized with simplicity, with a presentation to a group of residents of Fukushima. The general public was not allowed to attend the Olympic torch relay ceremony due to Corona’s rescue.

Edusa Iwashimizu, a member of the 2011 Women’s Football World Cup-winning team, took the torch and began the relay from the Jay Village National Football Training Center along with 14 other team members and coach Norio Sasaki.

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) said in a statement on Wednesday that the route set for the Olympic torch relay a year ago has also been adopted this time, as the Games were postponed last year.

The Olympic Torch Tour can be seen in 859 municipalities.

This would cover the majority of Japan’s population. However, people have been appealed to see the torch from a distance. Many other instructions have also been given to the people.

They are not sheep, para-athletes, players are upset with the chaos of the ongoing National Para Athletics Championships in Bengaluru.

Para (Divyang) athletes, who are participating in the National Para Athletics Championships started in Bengaluru on Thursday under the umbrella of the Paralympic Committee of India (PCI), are being treated like sheep.

The first hit on the athlete participating in it was when the event venue was suddenly shifted from Chennai to Bangalore and the second hit was to endure the chaos after reaching Chennai.

PCI had earlier announced the event to be held in Chennai and later shifted to Bengaluru citing non-clearance due to Coronavirus.
