Kanpur Police has also contacted NIA and Udaipur Police. It is alleged that the game of conversion was being played through a YouTube channel from Dawat-e-Islami’s Kanpur-based Markaz.

National President of Sufi Khanqah Association, Kaushal Hassan Majidi has claimed that money taken in the name of charity is used by Dawat-e-Islami organization to carry out terrorist activities.

He said that the promotion of Dawat-e-Islami is done through a YouTube channel.

After this, the Commissionerate Police has taken possession of the videos of the earlier meetings obtained from YouTube.

On the basis of the video, the Commissionerate Police has started an investigation. Along with this, contact has also been made with NIA and Udaipur Police.

It is worth noting that the national president of the Sufi Khanqah Association has also complained to the Ministry of Home Affairs about Dawat-e-Islami.

In a complaint made last year, the organization was described as a threat to the internal security of the country.

Police are in search of the operator of Dawat-e-Islami.

The strings of Dawat-e-Islami are also seen connecting Kanpur. So the police are on high alert. According to the information received, the Commissionerate Police has contacted the NIA.

Police are looking for Sartaj, who runs Dawat-e-Islami in Kanpur. According to police sources, more than 50,000 supporters of Dawat-e-Islami are active in the city.

After the Friday prayers, the commissionerate police can raid Sartaj’s residence, including the Markaz of Dawate Islami.
