UN warns about the military confrontation between India and Pakistan will disturb the global balance.

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has said that it is absolutely necessary for India and Pakistan to come together and discuss their problems seriously.

UN warns: Any military confrontation will have a bad effect on both countries and the world.

The United Nations Secretary-General said, I mean, I believe that de-escalation of the situation along the Line of Control (reducing the intensity of conflict or potentially violent situation) is absolutely necessary.

Guterres was replying to a Pakistani journalist’s question on tensions between India and Pakistan over the situation in Kashmir.

Explain that in August 2019, Guterres issued a statement on the situation in Jammu and Kashmir, in which he appealed for maximum restraint.

During his press briefing on Thursday, Guterres said, ‘I think it is absolutely necessary for the two countries to come together and discuss their problems seriously and I think it is necessary that all the areas mentioned by you have human rights Have full respect.

He said that now, things have not moved in the right direction. Our offices are always available and we will insist on finding peaceful solutions to the problems within it without any military power usage.

It is clear when looking at Pakistan and India, any military confrontation between the two will be a crisis for both countries and for the whole world.

The tension between India and Pakistan has been going on for a long time.

It gained momentum when India repealed the provisions of Article 370 of the Constitution to withdraw the special status of Jammu and Kashmir and split it into two Union Territories in 2019.

Pakistan then downgraded its diplomatic relations with India and expelled the Indian High Commissioner following the repeal of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir on 5 August. India has said that the removal of Article 370 was our ‘internal matter’.
