UP journalist shot before Kids in Ghaziabad died, Congress Hammers ‘Jungle Raj’. A journalist from Uttar Pradesh, who was shot in Ghaziabad close to Delhi by obscure people on Monday, died on Wednesday morning at a medical hospital.

The journalist, recognized as Vikram Joshi, was assaulted while he was coming back from his sister’s place on a scooter with his two girls when a gathering of men started shooting at him. Joshi got a slug injury on his head and was in a basic condition at the city’s Yashoda hospital.

Senior Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi named the episode as stunning and included that there was an absence of dread of lawfulness. “Stunning jungle raj in #Ghaziabad region with writer #Joshi, definitely known as the complainant in #FIR, being shot on a bike while with his girls, battling in a trance-like state with a bullet in the skull! Visuals of the assault were caught in CCTV film of a street in Ghaziabad’s Vijay Nagar territory, where the assault occurred. Nine individuals have been arrested regarding a case.

On Tuesday, Congress pioneer Priyanka Gandhi Vadra hammered the Yogi Adityanath government over the assault on the journalist.

The writer’s nephew named one Kamal-ud-Noise and said that they would not acknowledge his uncle’s body until the primary charge is captured.

“A few young men including Kamal-ud–Din’s child used to eve-tease my sister. It was her birthday when the occurrence happened. My uncle was returning home with her when Kamal-ud–Din’s child assaulted him and shot him. We’ll not acknowledge my uncle’s body till primary denounced is gotten,” the nephew told media.

In the CCTV film of the occurrence, Joshi’s bicycle can be seen veering when out of nowhere in a matter of moments, a gathering of men encompasses the vehicle and start hitting him. The two kids began to flee the second the bicycle fell.

Joshi was then hauled towards a vehicle and the charged began to beat him before escaping the spot, following which Joshi’s little girl came running towards him, shouting for help. The occurrence occurred days after Joshi recorded a protest with Vijay Nagar Police station expressing that a few men were annoying his niece.
