America: Indiscriminate firing in a congested area of Seattle, 5 people injured; 1 in critical condition.

America Shooting: There was an indiscriminate shooting in the Rainier Beach neighborhood of Seattle late Friday night.

Five people were injured in this firing. Police Chief Adrian Diaz said all the injured were taken to Harborview Medical Center, reports local news agency.

According to a hospital spokesman, one of the five is in serious condition, while two other men and a woman are being treated for injuries at the hospital. Police are now looking for at least two suspects.

According to Diaz, the age of those injured is said to be up to 20 years. All these people participated in an organized event to give food, clothes, and toys.

The police chief said it was not immediately known whether the victims were targeted and what happened just before the shootings.

According to a leading news channel, the shooting happened in the 9200 block of Rainier Avenue South just before 9 p.m. Mayor Bruce Harrell and Diaz were present at the scene.

Diaz said, ‘To be honest, it’s really disturbing when you have victims who were really just trying to help people. He was bringing people on the right path and in the end, he was influenced by this.
