Mathura Krishna Janmabhoomi case: the Supreme Court said- it would be better if Allahabad HC hears all the petitions.

The Supreme Court has taken a big step in the Mathura Krishna Janmabhoomi case.

The top court said that it is better if all the petitions related to this matter are heard together in the Allahabad High Court and sought the details of the case from the Allahabad High Court.

The Supreme Court has asked the registrar of the Allahabad High Court, which petitions are to be clubbed together in this matter, give us complete details in three weeks.

The Supreme Court indicated during the hearing that the Allahabad High Court would hear all the cases.

The Supreme Court said this during the hearing on the petition filed by the Shahi Idgah Committee against the order of the Allahabad High Court in the Mathura Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi case.

The bench of Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia was conducting the hearing.

The Shahi Idgah Committee (Muslim side) has demanded a stay from the Supreme Court on the May 26 order of the Allahabad High Court.

The High Court had transferred all the petitions related to Krishna Janmabhoomi going on in the court of District Judge of Mathura to itself for hearing
