The information of this terrorist, a resident of the Kaliachak police station area under Malda district of West Bengal, was obtained during the interrogation of the first arrested Bangladeshi terrorist Faizal Ahmed alias Shahid.

Political parties also work to bake political bread with their help. It becomes easy for terrorist organizations to join the misguided youth and prepare sleeper cells.
Delhi is also near.
The biggest reason for the terrorist connections between Saharanpur and the surrounding area is the abundance of hiding places here.
The connectivity from Delhi is easy here. It is not difficult for terrorists to come to Delhi and hide here.
The Pakistan border is also close to Saharanpur. Young people from Pakistan and Afghanistan also keep coming here a lot. Many people here also have a kinship in Pakistan.
Incitement to youth.
Many times, even after going to Pakistan with relatives, the youth come close to these organizations there. Later, the terrorists come to the place of these people in Saharanpur and take shelter.
Terrorists Shahnawaz Teli and Aaqib, arrested from Deoband in March 2019, had revealed that many big terrorists of Jaish-e-Muhammad had come to Deoband, they instigated youths in many districts of UP.
The ATS also suspected that they had recruited the sleeper module.

March 2022: Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist Inamul arrested from Saharanpur.
February 2019: Shahnawaz Ahmed Teli and Aaqib Malik of Jaish-e-Mohammed arrested from Saharanpur.
