Yogi Government Will Show ‘Ram Rajya’ From Ramayan Conclave

Yogi government will show ‘Ram Rajya’ from Ramayan Conclave, programs will be held at 18 places in UP.

The culture and Tourism Department is going to organize Ramayana Conclave in the state. With this event to be held in 18 places, the Yogi government will make people have a darshan of Ram Rajya.

On July 24, on the occasion of Guru Purnima, the Ramayana Conclave (Ramayana Conference) will start from Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Shri Ram, while on October 12 it will end in Lucknow.

It will be organized in Chitrakoot on the theme of ‘Ram of Valmiki’, in which Bundelkhandi folk artists will see Vanvasi Ram.

In the event to be held in Chitrakoot, a local associate member of UPSNA and Professor of JRD Vishwavidyalaya Dr. Gopal Kumar Mishra told that Mukesh Meshram, Principal Secretary, Culture and Tourism Department has given final shape to the event.

Along with seminars in 16 districts of the state from the Ramayana Conclave, about 2500 folk artists will bring alive the life of Ram Rajya through cultural performances.

Jagadguru Swami Rambhadracharya has given the theme ‘Ram of Valmiki’ for the event to be held in Chitrakoot because Lord Rama stayed in Chitrakoot only at the behest of Maharishi.

The event is proposed here on 16 and 17 August.

Events will be held in these districts: Starting from Ayodhya, Gorakhpur, Ballia, Varanasi, Vindhyachal, Shringverpur, Chitrakoot, Lalitpur.

Bithoor (Kanpur), Mathura, Garhmukteshwar, Ghaziabad, Saharanpur, Bijnor, Bareilly, and concluding in Lucknow.

This will be the main attraction.

Painter’s camp is based on various episodes of Ramayana.

Cultural program based on various pastimes of life of Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram.

Exhibition of paintings, sculptures, and inscriptions based on various episodes of Ramkatha.

Folk performances by local folk artists.

Ramlila, nautanki, farce, bhajan, and drama based on Shri Ram, etc.

Kavi Sammelan is based on the life of Shri Ram.

Lectures on the relevance of various episodes of Ramayana in the present times according to the venue of the seminars.

Quiz competitions based on Ramayana to generate attraction towards Ramayana culture in children.

Online broadcast of all programs in full compliance with Corona protocol.
