CBI Registers Case Against IAS Jitendra Gupta In Nagaland

CBI registers case against IAS Jitendra Gupta in Nagaland, accused of taking bribe of more than Rs 2 crore.

The CBI has registered a case against Nagaland Additional Secretary (Agriculture) Jitendra Gupta and two other officials working in the Fostering Climate Resilient Upland Farming System (FOCUS) project for accepting bribes worth more than Rs 2 crore. Action has been initiated on a complaint by the Air Intelligence Unit of the Income Tax Department.
