A bench of Chief Justice SA Bobde, Justice AS Bopanna, and Justice V Ramasubramanian dismissed the petition of former Air Force officer Ranjit KK against the Delhi High Court order saying, “You are a threat to the entire nation.” If you ask for permission to visit your mother, we will give it.

Earlier, Ranjit had requested for bail in the High Court, stating that he was only 24 years old at the time of arrest and that he is charged only under Section 3 of the Official Secrets Act, with a maximum sentence of 14 years, But the court did not accept his arguments and dismissed the bail plea.
