In the IPO, the company will issue a fresh issue of Rs 180 crore. The price band for this IPO has been kept at Rs 498-500. At the same time, 54,57,470 equity shares will be put up for sale through the offer for sale.

This IPO of Barbeque Nation has a lot of 30 shares. This means investors will have to bid for a minimum of 30 shares. A minimum of Rs 14,940 can be invested in an IPO according to the lower price band.

It is known that Alchem ​​Capital, a company of veteran investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, and private equity firm CX Partners have also invested in this company. 75% of the IPO is reserved for qualified institutional buyers.

Let us know that the company has already raised Rs 150 crore through IPO placements from Xponentia Capital and Jubilant Foodworks.

Under this issue, promoters of BarbieQ Nation, Saadia Dhanani, Sanaya Dhanani, Sayaji Housekeeping Service, Azhar Dhanani, Tamara, Aajav Investment Trust, and Menu Private Limited will sell their shares in Offer for Sale.

After this, 10 percent for retail investors and the remaining 15 percent for non-institutional investors. Equity shares up to Rs 2 crore are reserved for eligible employees.
