Conference Of Top Army Commanders Started From Today

Conference of top army commanders from today, Ladakh and internal reforms will be discussed. The four-day conference of the top commanders of the army starts today.

The four-day conference will assess India’s preparedness for war in eastern Ladakh as well as other sensitive areas along the Line of Actual Control with China.

Government sources said military commanders would discuss long-pending reforms for the rational distribution of resources.

The conference of the top commanders of the Army will be attended by senior Army officers, Deputy Chiefs of Army, all Army Commander, Chief Staff Officer (PSO) of Army Headquarters, and other senior officers.

Many important issues including Ladakh will be discussed

The conference will assess India’s preparedness for war in eastern Ladakh as well as other sensitive areas along the Line of Actual Control with China.

Government sources said the commanders would discuss long-pending reforms for the rational distribution of resources. These include practices such as holding various ceremonies and cutting down on non-military activities.

Defense Minister will address

Sources said that Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat, Naval Chief Karambir Singh, and Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadoria will address the commanders on Tuesday.

The military commander will conduct a comprehensive review of the security challenges facing the nation, including East Ladakh and Jammu and Kashmir, a source said.

Tension continues between India and China

The situation in East Ladakh remains tense between India and China. Since the stalemate in early May, the Indian and Chinese forces have deployed more than 50,000 troops along the Line of Actual Control.

Sources said that the commanders will discuss issues related to human resource management in the army on Monday. On Wednesday, various agenda points raised by top military commanders will be intensively discussed.
