Delhi Police has refused permission for the PFI rally to be held on Saturday i.e. July 30. Earlier, Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) protested against the program of PFI.

According to a news agency, in a letter written by Vishwa Hindu Parishad to Delhi Police, a request was made to stop the rally organized by PFI.

In this letter to Delhi Police on July 29, VHP Delhi Provincial Minister Surendra Kumar Gupta claimed that PFI is carrying out suspicious activities across the country and they should not be allowed to hold any rally in Delhi.

Another VHP leader Vinod Bansal retweeted the letter on his Twitter handle and wrote, “VHP will never allow anti-national activities of PFI. We have sent a letter to Delhi Police to stop it immediately.”

Delhi Police has warned PFI that if there is an attempt to organize the event, it will take strict action against those who organize and participate in it.

Police have taken cognizance of the complaint of Vishwa Hindu Parishad against this program of PFI.

It is noteworthy that this program of PFI was to be held at Ambedkar Bhawan on Rani Jhansi Road in the Jhandewalan area of ​​Delhi. PFI named this program ‘Save the Republic’.
