Devotee Offered Five Kg Gold Sword In Tirupati Temple

Devotee offered a five kg gold sword in Tirupati temple, which cost one crore rupees. Tirupati Temple in Andhra Pradesh is one of the most famous temples in the country.

Here offerings worth crores of rupees are made to Lord Venkateswara Swamy.

A Hyderabad-based businessman on Monday presented ‘Surya Katari’, a gold sword made at a cost of one crore, to Lord Venkateswara Swamy’s temple.

A Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) official said, “Hyderabad-based businessman MS Prasad has presented a Surya Katari (sword) to Venkateswara Swamy in Tirumala.”

Devotee offered a five kg gold sword: He handed over his offerings to AV Dharma Reddy, an additional executive officer inside the temple premises at Ranganayakula Mandapam.

According to TTD officials, the sword weighs five kilos which are made from two kilos of gold and three kilos of silver.

Sri Venkateswara Temple is built on the Tirumala hills located in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh. It is a famous Hindu pilgrimage site.

This temple was built many centuries ago which is a wonderful example of architecture and craftsmanship.

The Hoysala and Vijayanagara kings are said to have contributed significantly to the construction of the temple economically.

Tirupati Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple will be ready in 18 months in Jammu.

The construction of Lord Venkateswara Temple in Jammu has started. Not only Hindus, but the Muslim community is also very happy with this.

This temple will be in the Majin of Sidra. The Bhoomi Pujan for the temple has been done last month and it will be ready in just 18 months.

For the construction of the temple of Lord Venkateswara, 25 hectares (about 62 acres) of land have been allotted in Majin village.

This land has been given on lease for 40 years. Tirumala will build Tirupati Devasthanam Temple, Veda Pathshala, Spiritual Center, residential facility, and parking on this land.

At the same time, there is a proposal to build health and education facilities here in the coming days. TTD will build the temple in two years along with the Vedic school and hospital.
