Two soldiers were injured in this. Then there was another explosion. Both the blasts were not very intense and both took place near the hangars built for the warplanes.

Although there were no major warplanes at the airport, there were Mi 17 helicopters and IAF cargo aircraft.

If the explosives dropped by the drone had fallen on any one of these or had fallen on their hangar, then there would have been a big loss.

This is the first attack, but for the past few years, various security agencies were constantly raising the possibility of such an attack. This attack has also raised questions about the security system and the accuracy of the air defense system.
