Gangster Jaggu Bhagwanpuria Sent To 7-day Police Remand

Gangster Jaggu Bhagwanpuria sent on 7-day police remand, security tightened: Sidhu Moose Wala murder.

Mansa police produced Jaggu Bhagwanpuria, another member of Lawrence Bishnoi gang, on transit remand from Delhi’s Patiala House Court, in Mansa court in the afternoon.

Gangster Jaggu Bhagwanpuria had taken responsibility for carrying out the crime. The court has given seven days police remand of Jaggu Bhagwanpuria to the police.

Let us inform that Mansa Police had reached Mansa during the night itself after taking Jaggu Bhagwanpuria into custody from Delhi’s Patiala House Court amid heavy security on Wednesday.

After getting Bhagwanpuria’s medical done in the morning, the police presented him in the court under police protection around one o’clock in the afternoon.

After hearing in the court for close to two hours, Jaggu Bhagwanpuria was ordered to be sent on remand for 7 days.

At present, Mansa police took Jaggu Bhagwanpuria to Mansa CIA staff. But according to sources, Bhagwanpuria can be sent to some other place in view of security.

Sidhu Moose Wala murder: Bhagwanpuria and Laurence Bishnoi will be questioned face to face.

It is noteworthy that Delhi Police has arrested two shooters Priyavrata Fauji and Kashish in the Moosewala murder case, but Ankit Sersa, Jagroop Roopa and Manu Kussa are absconding.

Police officials say that Jagroop Roopa and Manu Kussa were sent by Bhagwanpuria to Lawrence gang. Bhagwanpuria has to be questioned in this matter.

However, he was questioned earlier in this case as well.

Bhagwanpuria had told that when Lawrence was locked in Tihar, he used to talk to Goldie Brar sitting in Canada, but later his barracks were changed.

So far two shooters have been arrested by the Delhi Police in the Moosewala murder case. No shooter has been caught by the Punjab Police.

Musewala was murdered on May 29.

It is noteworthy that Sidhu Musewala was shot dead on May 29 in Mansa. The Punjab Police had constituted a three-member Special Investigation Team (SIT) on the day of the murder.

Three days later, a six-member SIT was constituted, handing over the matter to the AGTF. The SIT was continuously interrogating the accused involved in the case.
