Today, after the appearance in the court, the four accused were again sent to Aligarh District Jail. During this time, his family members were crying bitterly near the police vehicle.

After hearing about half an hour in the SC-ST court on the CBI charge sheet in the Bugaldhi case, the copy of the charge sheet was made available to the advocates of both sides. . It also has a polygraph test report.

The CBI filed the charge sheet in the court on 18 December. In this case, Ravi, Ramu, Sandeep, and Lavkush of Bulgadhi village have been charged with gang rape and murder.

The incident took place on 14 September in Hathras. In Boolgarhi village of Hathras, the woman died due to assault during the alleged rape. The case was investigated by CBI.

After this, CBI prepared the charge sheet after 67 days of investigation. In this case, Ravi, Ramu, Sandeep, and Lovkush are accused of gang rape and murder. The four accused have since been in Aligarh Jail for three months.
