Helper Of Terrorists Arrested From Kulgam In Kashmir

Helper of terrorists arrested from Kulgam in Kashmir, so far this year around 185 helpers have been arrested.

The search operation of the Jammu and Kashmir Police is going on in the Kashmir division to nab the terrorists.

On the basis of credible information, the State Police has arrested a helper of terrorists from Kulgam in the Kashmir division.

Arms and ammunition have also been recovered from his possession. Kulgam Police has registered a case in this regard and has started further action. Other details are awaited.

According to the police, the security forces on Sunday detained Mohammad Yusuf Bhat, son of Yamin Yusuf Bhat, a resident of Gadama in the Kulgam district.

A pistol, two grenades, and 51 rounds were also recovered from him. Police are interrogating him.

Information is being collected about which terrorist organization he was associated with and which terrorists he used to help so that other terrorists can also be detained.

The operation has been launched by the security forces only to completely clean the terrorism from Kashmir.

Under this, while terrorists are being killed in various encounters, their network is being destroyed by taking into custody the youth working for them.

The assistant of the terrorists caught on Sunday is also a part of this operation. This year only in the month of April, 14 encounters took place in Jammu and Kashmir.

One of them happened in Jammu and the other in the Kashmir division. A total of 23 terrorists were killed in these encounters. At the same time, 64 terrorists have been killed in 2022.

This is the reason that every week somewhere in the state, their helpers related to terrorists are caught by the police and security forces.

Overall, so far this year around 185 terrorists’ helpers have been caught.

March 18, 2022: Police from South Kashmir’s Pulwama district had succeeded in nabbing six helpers of terrorists belonging to the Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist organization.

They were identified as Rouf Ahmed Lone resident of Lilhar Kakapora, Aaqib Maqbool Butt resident of Aluchibagh Pampore, Javed Ahmed Dar resident of Larvaiz Kakapora.

Arshad Ahmed Mir resident of Parigaam Pulwama, Rameez Raza resident of Parigaam, Pulwama and Sajjad Ahmed Dar, resident of Larvez Kakapora.

1 April 2022:- Three helpers belonging to Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist organization were arrested by the police. One AK 47 rifle, 69 AK rounds, and one hand grenade were recovered from their possession.

They were identified as Owais Altaf, Aaqib Manzoor, and Waseem Ahmed Pandit. A case has been registered against all three at the Pulwama Police Station.

April 3, 2022:- Four helpers belonging to Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist organization were arrested by the police from different areas of Bandipora in Kashmir.

On the basis of solid information, the police, while conducting a joint search operation with the security forces, arrested three helpers of the terrorists from the Ashtango area of ​​Bandipora.

They were identified as Irfan Ahmed Butt, Sajjad Ahmed Mir, and Irfan Ahmed Jan.

After this, the police arrested a youth named Irfan Ahmed Butt from the Rakh Hajin check post. A Chinese-made grenade was also recovered from his possession.

7 April 2022:- Police station Sogam team along with 28 Rashtriya Rifles of Army and 162nd Battalion of CRPF arrested two helpers of terrorists from the Gudmachar area of ​​Lolab Kupwara.

They were identified as Owais Ahmed Khan and Ghulam Mohammad Khan.

28 April 2022:- Police arrested three helpers of terrorists from Kupwara district on charges of smuggling arms through LoC.

These three used to go to the LoC and smuggle the weapons sent by Pakistan and take them to the terrorists operating in Kashmir.

The three arrested have been identified as Mohammad Amir, Nisar Ahmed resident of Hajitra Karnah, and Kafeel Ahmed resident of Sudhpora Karnah.
