The United States accounts for 36 percent of arms exports worldwide. From 2015 to 2019, the US sent weapons to 96 countries. More than half of America’s weapons were exported to Central Asia and the Gulf countries.

India and China have the highest military spending

India and China had the highest military spending in Asia in 2019. In terms of military spending in the world, both of them are second and third respectively. China’s military spending reached $ 261 billion in 2019.

It increased by 5.1 percent over 2018. India’s military spending in 2019 increased to $ 71.1 billion, which is 6.8 percent more than in 2018.

In 2015-2019, India has purchased Scanter-6000 Radar from Denmark, Embraer ERJ-145 Jet Brazil, ACTAS Sonar System Germany, Super Rapid 76mm Naval Gun Italy, and K-9 Thunder 155mm Artillery Gun from South Korea.

According to the report, India, France, and Russia use fighter aircraft, guided bombs from Israel, and artillery from Sweden.
