In August, India administered more than 180 million vaccines, which is more than the total number of vaccines in the G-7 countries. The G-7 is a grouping of the seven most developed countries in the world.
This includes Canada, Britain, Italy, Germany, France, the US, and Japan.
In August, out of these seven countries, Japan had the highest 40 million doses of the anti-corona vaccine.
After this 23 million doses were given in America, 13 million in France, 9 million in Germany, 8 million in Italy, 5 million in Britain, and 3 million in Canada.
If we add the dose imposed in August in these seven countries, then it totals 10.1 crores. Whereas, 18 crore doses were administered in India during this period.
