India Summoned Pakistani High Commissioner

India summoned the Pakistani High Commissioner, lashed out at ceasefire violation.

On the eve of Deepawali, India summoned and the Charged D-Affairs (Acting High Commissioner) of the Pakistan High Commission for violating the Ceasefire Violations.

The innocent civilians have been instructed to desist from being targeted.

In a statement issued by the Ministry of External Affairs, it has been said that the Pakistani charge of de-affairs was summoned on Saturday.

Strongly registering the protest, it was said that innocent civilians in different sectors were unintentionally targeted by Pakistani security forces on Friday.

It was a well thought out action. The intention behind this was to create a disturbance in law and order, which is highly reprehensible.

This innocent act of Pakistan killed four innocent civilians and left 19 injured. Five soldiers of the security forces also died.

Subsequently, a number of Pakistani targets were targeted by the anti-tank guided missile from the Indian Army, and the tremendous fire was carried out. Eight Pakistani soldiers were killed and 12 injured in this retaliation.

India reminded Charge D-Affairs of the Pakistani promise, in which it had said that its territory would not allow the anti-India activity to be used.

India also protested strongly against not giving protection to terrorists. Said that firing is done on behalf of Pakistan to infiltrate terrorists.

The Foreign Ministry said in a statement that India strongly condemns the targeting of innocent civilians by Pakistani forces.

It is very disappointing that Pakistan chose a festive occasion in India and used heavy weapons to disturb peace in Jammu and Kashmir.

According to official figures, Pakistan has executed 4,052 incidents of ceasefire violations in the current year as compared to 3,233 in 2019.

Despite the epidemic of the coronavirus, Pakistan is violating unprovoked ceasefire along the Line of Control and attempting to infiltrate militants into Kashmir.
