Indian team started practice before Test series against England: Ind vs Eng. The Indian cricket team finally started their net season ahead of the upcoming four-match Test series against England starting on February 5 in Chennai on Tuesday.

Head coach Ravi Shastri welcomed the team with a speech. After this, the entire team stepped into the nets to prepare for the series. All players’ quarantine is complete. England players have also started practice.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India, the BCCE, tweeted, “First day of net session in Chennai and head coach Ravi Shastri welcomed the team with a strong speech.”

Captain Virat Kohli also welcomed the players of the team in a loud manner. Indian team started outdoor training for the first time on Monday.

Earlier all the players had to undergo three rounds of coronavirus test. Apart from this, everyone had to live in quarantine as well. All players report negative.

After completing the six-day quarantine, the hosts were cleared to start their net session from Tuesday. Apart from this, all the players of the England team had a third-round RT-PCR test, in which all the reports have been negative.

In such a situation, English players are also now out of quarantine. The team led by Joe Root will also start training at the MA Chidambaram Stadium on Tuesday.

The England and Wales Cricket Board had issued a statement stating, “The England team’s players had the Covid 19 Test on February 1, with all the reports being found to be negative.

The England team is now out of quarantine and tomorrow will practice for the first time as a full group at the stadium in Chennai from 2 pm to 5 pm Indian time. ”

R Ashwin can break Harbhajan Singh’s record, a great performance against England

R Ashwin has been a big contributor to the success of the Indian Test team. Ashwin is a great spinner and everywhere he is seen bowling brilliantly for Team India.

He also took 12 wickets in three Tests on the tour of Australia and due to being injured, he did not play in the last Test match.

In Test cricket, R Ashwin is at number four in terms of wickets from India and he has 377 wickets in 74 Test matches so far.

Virat Anil Kumble (619) has taken the most Test for India, while Kapil Dev (434) is at number two, while Harbhajan Singh with 417 wickets at number three.
