Instructions to submit the property details of Hindus displaced from Kashmir in 15 days: Kashmiri Pandits.

In order to protect the houses, shops, fields, gardens, etc. of Hindus displaced from Kashmir by threats of terrorists and separatists from encroachment and handing them over to their heirs.

The state government has asked all the District Deputy Commissioners to submit the details of all such properties within 15 days.

All the District Deputy Commissioners will give a complete report to the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir within 15 days.

Apart from this, if there is a violation of the rules at any place, then taking action against the culprits, get the land, house, shop, farm, etc. to its rightful owner within the stipulated time.
