Juventus Lost In UEFA Champions League By 2–1

Juventus lost in UEFA Champions League, Cristiano Ronaldo’s spell did not work at home.

Portugal’s Porto did not allow veteran striker Cristiano Ronaldo to go home with a spell, beating Juventus 2–1 in the first leg of the pre-quarterfinal in the UEFA Champions League, scoring both goals in the first half.

Juventus lost: Mehdi Taremi scored in the second minute after the start of the match to take advantage of Juventus’ defense mistake while Mosa Marega scored in the 46th minute in the second half to give his team a 2–0 lead.

Federico Chiesa scored in the 82nd minute for Italy’s Juventus, who could play a crucial role in the final score after the second leg.

Juventus lost: Juventus forward Ronaldo was playing matches in his country, but he failed to make any impact. The second leg match will be played on March 9 in Turin.

Holland won by two goals

In the match played in Stevia with the help of Earl Holland’s two goals, Borussia Dortmund defeated Stevia 3-2 in the first leg in the pre-quarterfinals and stopped their nine-match winning campaign.

Stevia took the lead early on with a goal from Suso Funarandis, but two goals from Mahmud Dahod and Holland led Dortmund to 3–1 in the first half.

Look Di Jong reduced the margin of defeat by scoring goals in the second half for Stevia, which could prove to be important in the final score after the second leg.

The defeat brought Sevia’s winning streak to a halt while Dortmund’s team returned to track after several poor results. The second leg match will be played on March 9 in Germany.

Manchester City beats Everton

London, AP: Manchester City scored a 10-point lead in the English Premier League to beat Everton 3–1, thanks to goals from Riyad Mehraj and Bernardo Silva in the second half.

It is the 17th consecutive win in all of Manchester’s competitions and the 12th consecutive win in the league.

Phil Foden scored a goal in the 32nd minute to give City a lead, but five minutes later, Charleston equaled Everton with a score of 1–1 until the first half.

This is only the second time in the last nine matches in the league that a goal has been scored against City. Mehraj again gave City a lead in the 63rd minute, while Silva ensured their victory in the 77th minute.

Manchester City now has 56 points from 24 matches, while second-placed Manchester United has 46 points from the same number of matches. Another match played between Fulham and Burnley was a 1–1 draw.

Levante stopped Atlético on the draw

Madrid: Atlético Madrid was held to a 1–1 draw by Levante, but still managed to hold a six-point lead over Real Madrid in the Spanish League La Liga.

Atlético is aiming to win the league title for the first time since 2014. He has also played one match less than Real Madrid.

Atlético has been invincible for the last 11 matches but has played in two of the last three games. Atletico has won nine of these 11 matches. He, meanwhile, had to play a 2–2 draw against Celta Vigo two rounds ago.

Levante led by Ennis Bardi’s goal in the 17th minute while Marcos Lorente equaled Atlético in the 37th minute. After this, both teams tried but they did not succeed.
