The AIADMK has commented that it is funny that Kamal Haasan claims that he is an extension of MGR.

Kamal Haasan, chairman of the People’s Justice Center, has launched a campaign ahead of the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections.

Speaking at a campaign rally in Madurai on Sunday, he said, “I am an extension of the revolutionary leader MGR.” The AIADMK has expressed strong dissatisfaction with Kamal Haasan’s speech.

AIADMK spokesperson Vaigaichelvan said it was funny that Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, and the BJP were celebrating the founding of AIADMK.

Senior journalist Bryan said it was a big mistake for Kamal Haasan, the head of the People’s Justice Center, to claim that the MGR was an extension.

According to Kamal, senior journalist Kolagala Srinivas said that the AIADMK’s vote bank did not appear to be disintegrating and that there was an expectation of politics among the non – party poor.

Journalist Shyam has said that none of the screen stars can ever become MGR. He also said that he can become an MGR only if Kamal Haasan has mercy on the poor.

Meanwhile, addressing a public meeting in the Theni district’s Palanichettipatti area.

Kamal Haasan said that the People’s Justice Center would give equal rights to women and that they were bringing in alternative politics because nothing could be changed in the current politics.

Kamal, who alluded to O. Panneerselvam as father MLA and son MP, also questioned how they could give equal rights to women. Kamal Haasan noted that the identity of a farmer belongs not only to men but also to women.

Meanwhile, permission to build a building only if there are basic facilities – Government of Tamil Nadu.

Applicants have to pay the fees for drinking water, road, rainwater drainage, and lighting to the local bodies. The Tamil Nadu government has announced that building permission should be given only if everything is confirmed.

Apart from the space allotted for roads in the land division, 10 percent space should be given for recreation, 1 percent space for public use, and 0.5 percent space for electricity board.

The Credo organization had demanded that these rules, which have been in effect since 2019, simplify the procedure for obtaining permission for land division.

The government has now issued an order in that regard. In it, the concerned authorities have to personally inspect the land division asking for building permission.

Make sure that the road and open space are allotted to the concerned departments and hand over the relevant documents to the local body.
