Murshidabad(WB): Top JMB Terrorist Captured By STF. The most wanted  JMB Terrorist was captured from the Murshidabad area of West Bengal responsible for the 2018 Bodh Gaya blast case.

The well-trained team of  Special Task Force (STF)   Kolkata Police alongside Murshidabad area police and local intelligence officials in Suti town captured Abdul Karim aka Boro Karim, one of the JMB’s top terrorist in the country, an official said.

A top Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) terrorist, purportedly associated with the 2018 Bodh Gaya blast case, was captured from Suti town in Murshidabad area of West Bengal at an opportune time Friday, a senior cop said.

The  Team of  Special Task Force (STF) unit of the Kolkata Police alongside Murshidabad area police and neighborhood officials in Suti town captured Abdul Karim alias Boro Karim, one of the JMB’s top agents in the nation, the official said.

“He had given shelter to JMB terrorists from Bangladesh, who were legitimately associated with the Bodh Gaya blast. He was captured early morning of today from Suti police headquarters territory of Murshidabad region,” the official said.

In 2018, the STF unit had held onto an immense amount of explosives and ‘jihadi’ material from his home in Murshidabad. Karim couldn’t be followed back at that point. Police sources said that Karim has not been named by the  National Investigative Agency  (NIA) in its charge sheet in the Bodh Gaya blast case, however, it had been under the scanner for some time.

He is among the best three JMB terrorists wanted by the STF unit and police of West Bengal. We have been searching for him for a long while. He will be created under the watchful eye of a neighborhood court today and we will look for his police guardianship,” she included.

On January 19, 2018, a low-force bomb had detonated in Bodh Gaya, Bihar, hours after Tibetan otherworldly pioneer the Dalai Lama had completed a lesson at the Mahabodhi sanctuary. The NIA had captured five individuals regarding the case.
