NIA Court Orders To Register Case Under UAPA Against Hafiz

NIA court orders to register a case under UAPA against most wanted terrorists Hafiz Saeed and Syed Salahuddin.

National Investigation Agency (NIA) court has invoked the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) against LeT founder Hafiz Saeed and HM chief Syed Salahuddin, Yasin Malik, Shabir Shah, Masarat Alam, and other Kashmiri separatist leaders Ordered framing of charges under various sections.

Pakistan was doing terrorist funding

The NIA court said that the money for terror funding was sent by Pakistan and its agencies and even the diplomatic mission was used to fulfill wicked designs.

According to the court, money was also sent by international terrorist Hafiz Saeed for terror funding.

According to the National Investigation Agency (NIA), various terrorist organizations such as LeT, HM, JKLF, JeM, with the support of Pakistan’s ISI, are attacking civilians and security forces in the valley.

The NIA court has framed charges under various sections against Kashmiri leader and former MLA Rashid Engineer, businessman Zahoor Ahmed Shah Watali, and terrorist Bitta Karate.

The charges were also framed against Hurriyat leaders, Aftab Ahmed Shah, Avtar Ahmed Shah, Naeem Khan, Bashir Ahmed Bhat, alias Peer Saifullah, and many others. also ordered to be fixed.

NIA Special Judge Praveen Singh said in an order that the statements of witnesses and documentary evidence add up to almost everyone.

The accused were spreading terror in the Valley under Pakistani funding with each other and for a common purpose of isolation.

APHC and JRL wanted secession in Kashmir.

The court said that the witnesses have linked the accused Shabir Shah, Yasin Malik, Zahoor Ahmad Shah Watali, Naeem Khan, and Bitta Karate to All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) and JRL.

They had only one objective and that was Isolation in Jammu and Kashmir.

The court said that from Rashid to Zahoor Ahmad Shah Watali, everyone is connected with APHC and Pakistani agencies.

Separatists instigate youth for stone-pelting.

The NIA further said that during the investigation it was also found that APHC and other separatists instigate the general public, especially the youth, to strike and pelt stones, especially at the security forces.

This was done to create discontent among the people of Jammu and Kashmir towards the Government of India.

According to the NIA, these separatists were raising funds from all possible sources to support the ongoing terrorist activities in Jammu and Kashmir and to create unrest.
