NIA raids in Bengal and Kerala, 9 al-Qaeda terrorists arrested preparations for a major attack. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has been successful. The NIA has busted the module of the banned terrorist organization Al Qaeda in Murshidabad in Bengal and Ernakulam in Kerala.

The NIA has conducted raids on Saturday morning and arrested 9 al-Qaeda terrorists. 6 terrorists have been arrested from Bengal and 3 from Kerala. Officials of the Anti-Terrorism Investigation Agency have stated that these terrorists were motivated to carry out attacks in several places including the national capital Delhi region.

According to the information, these terrorists were preparing to attack in many places in the country including Delhi. These al-Qaeda terrorists were in Kashmir for the delivery of arms.

According to the NIA, intelligence was received about the presence of some terrorists in Murshidabad in Bengal and Ernakulam in Kerala, based on which raids were conducted and these terrorists were arrested.

NIA said preliminary investigation revealed that these terrorists were radicalized on social media by Pakistan-based al-Qaeda militants and motivated to carry out attacks in several places, including the National Capital Region.

Jihadi literature, country guns, pointed weapons, localized body armor, explosives items, digital devices, and documents have been recovered from the arrested militants. For their nefarious plans, these modules were actively involved in fundraising and were also preparing to go to Delhi for weapons.

Were planning to travel to New Delhi to purchase arms and ammunition

According to NIA officials, among the nine Al Qaeda terrorists arrested are Leu Yin Ahmed and Abu Sufiyan from Bengal and Mosraf Hussain and Murshid Hassan from Kerala. NIA officials said the module was actively involved in fundraising and some gang members were planning to travel to New Delhi to purchase arms and ammunition.

These arrests have already made possible terrorist attacks in different parts of the country. The arrested militants are Murshid Hasan, Yakool Biswas, Mosharraf Hussain, Najmus Saqib, Abu Sufiyan, Manul Mandal, Liu Yin Ahmed, Al Mamun Kamal, and Atitur Rahman.

The National Investigation Agency will produce police custody of these terrorists and present them before the court in Kerala and Bengal for further investigation. They can then also be taken to Delhi for transit remand for questioning.

Large amounts of digital equipment, documents, sharpened weapons, body armor recovered

Officials said they had large quantities of digital equipment, documents, jihadi literature, sharpened weapons, country-made firearms, a locally manufactured body armor, and articles, and documents used to make explosive devices at home have been recovered. The group was plotting terrorist attacks at important places in India with the aim of killing innocent people.

Let us tell you that a charge sheet has been filed last week in an NIA court in Kolkata against Tania Parveen, a suspected member of Lashkar-e-Taiba, who was allegedly in contact with various terrorist organizations on social media.

In the 850-page charge sheet filed, the NIA said that Parveen (21), a student of Kojel of Baduria in North 24 Parganas district of Bengal, was in contact with 70 jihadist groups on social media.

The agency has also submitted excerpts of its conversation on various social media platforms in support of its claims. NIA counsel Shyamal Ghosh said that the court would hear the two sides and decide the charges against him and after that, the trial would begin.
