NIA registers 2 FIRs in Phulwari-related case: Phulwari Sharif Terror Module.

In the Phulwari Sharif Terror Module case, the NIA registered a case again after taking over the case.

The SIT has registered one case against Athar Parvez and Jalaluddin belonging to PFI and SDPI, while another case has been registered against Margub alias Tahir, associated with Ghazwa-e-Hind.

Let us inform you that the case number of Athar Parvez and Jalaluddin related to the Phulwari Sharif Terror Module is RC 31/2022/NIA/DLI, while the case number of Margub alias Tahir is RC 32/2022/NIA/DLI.

The work of investigating both these cases is being done by the NIA. It is expected that soon some big disclosure will be made in both these cases.

According to the NIA, the team which is investigating the cases of Athar Parvez and Jalaluddin is headed by UP NIA DSP Vipin Kumar.

NIA registers 2 FIRs: The complainant, in this case, is Ekrar Ahmed Khan, SHO of Phulwari Sharif police station.

NIA said that a case has been registered against Margoob alias Tahir on the complaint of SI Rajesh Kumar of Phulwari Sharif police station.

The investigation of this case is being led by Lucknow NIA Inspector Ashutosh Pradhan.

According to the case registered by the NIA, preliminary investigation revealed that Margub alias Tahir alias Danish is indulging in anti-national activities.

He is associated with terrorist organizations in many countries through social networking sites.

He is the administrator of the WhatsApp group named Gajwa-e-Hind. Here he used to instigate and brainwash the youth against the country.

According to the case registered against Athar Parvez and Jalaluddin, they were arrested on July 11.

In this regard, secret information was received that during the arrival of the Prime Minister of Bihar on July 12, some suspects are going to gather in Phulwari Sharif.

After investigating this information, Parvez and Jalaluddin were arrested in the raid.
