Reacting to the charge sheet, Karnataka Home Minister Basavaraj Bommai said that it was a conspiracy by the SDPI, and internet media has become an easy weapon for such organizations.

These handlers (of Internet media) are not only in India, but also outside. I believe justice will be done.

Deeply exposed conspiracy by filing charge sheet in the special court.

According to the NIA charge sheet, the immediate cause of violence by more than four thousand people of the minority community, Pulakeshinagar MLA R.K. Akhand was the alleged internet media post of Naveen, the nephew of Srinivas Murthy, but in fact, SDPI cadre incited Naveen by posting derogatory posts against Hindu gods and tagging them.

According to the charge sheet, ‘Bengaluru was upset with the decisions of the Central Government on certain issues like SDPI Article-370 removal, CAA and NRC, Supreme Court verdict on Ayodhya and instant triple talaq.

They were seeking to spoil the communal harmony in the country and to spread unrest in the country through it.

SDPI conspired to incite criminals against the Hindu community.

Muhammad Sharif, Muzammil Pasha, and other leaders of SDPI Bangalore hatched a criminal conspiracy after leading accused Feroze Pasha joined the SDPI.

Under this, he decided to incite the Hindu community by posting some messages insulting Hindu deities through Feroz Pasha’s Facebook account.

He deliberately chose the date of August 11, 2020, because that day was the holy festival of Hindus, Sri Krishna Janmashtami.

NIA said – Feroze Pasha was fully ready to execute the plan of a violent attack.

The investigating agency said that the SDPI cadre was fully prepared to execute any situation and plan for a violent attack. Under this, Feroz Pasha posted the video and audio clip on the afternoon of August 11.

Feroze then tagged Naveen in the post, to which Naveen reacted against the Prophet in the same aggressive manner.

After seeing Naveen’s reply, Feroze approached the leaders of the Muslim community and organizations to lodge a complaint against Naveen and pressure the police and the government to take action.

At night Feroz Pasha sent SDPI cadres and others for attacks on Naveen and Murthy’s houses as well as KG Halli and DG Halli police stations. Four people were killed in this violence.
