PDP youth president sent to 30-day judicial custody: Waheed Ur Rehman Para. The NIA court has ruled to send Wahid-ur-Rehman Para, the youth president of the PDP, to 30-day judicial custody.

NIA Court Special Judge Sunit Gupta decided to grant a 30-day judicial remand of Wahid-ur-Rehman Para after observing the application transferred by CIO and CD files.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) in Delhi last 25 On November, Wahid Para was arrested in a case allegedly related to the suspended DSP of Jammu and Kashmir Police Davinder Singh.

Please tell here that on December 12 last, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) court had decided to extend the police remand of Wahid Para by nine more days.

Judge Sunit Gupta gave this ruling after the application given by the NIA. The investigating agency cited before the judge in court that Wahid-ur-Rehman-Para has been arrested in a very important case.

However, a lot remains to be asked of him so that increasing the remand will help in carrying out the investigation.

Wahid-ur-Rehman Para is accused of allegedly supporting the Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist organization like the DSP.

Devinder Singh was arrested by the Jammu and Kashmir Police on 13 January in a car on the Srinagar-Jammu National Highway in Kulgam.

Three terrorists were present in the car with him, whom he was bringing in his car to Jammu. These included Hizbul commander Saeed Naveed, Rafi Haider, and OGW Irfan Mir.

Waheed Ur Rehman Para has also been a former secretary of the Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council.
