He has been identified as Sohail Ahmed Butt son of Noor Mohammad Butt resident of Doda district’s Thathari Gandoh. A case has been registered against him at the Kishtwar police station.

According to the police, the victim woman lodged a complaint before the Sessions Court judge in Samba district. In the complaint, the case of abduction and rape by four youths was presented.

The victim has disclosed that the four youths were forcibly abducted and later raped by taking her to a secluded place.
