Rishabh Pant broke Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s record with a firestorm, did wonders on foreign soil.

Rishabh Pant, the wicket-keeper batsman of the Indian cricket team, has made some special achievements in his name in a very short time.

The batsman, who scored a century on the soil of Australia and England, completed thousand Test runs on foreign soil during the Test match being played at Lord’s.

Became the fastest wicket-keeper batsman to reach this milestone. In this case, he left behind former veteran Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

The second match of the five-match Test series being played against England is being played at Lord’s. English captain Joe Root won the toss and decided to bowl first.

Earlier this was done by veteran Farooq Engineer and former captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Pant achieved this special feat by playing fewer matches than these two.

Rishabh left Dhoni behind by scoring thousand Test runs on foreign soil in 29 innings. The former captain had done so in 32 Test innings.

At the same time, Farooq Engineer had scored a thousand runs on foreign soil in 33 Test innings.

The first Test match played between India and England was drawn due to rain, but after that both the teams now face to face at Lord’s to take the lead in the series.

By the end of the second day’s play, England had scored 119 runs for the loss of three wickets.

India has a lead of 245 runs on the basis of the first innings. Captain Joe Root was batting on 49 while Jonny Bairstow scored 6.
