China already has S-400.

It has purchased six missile systems from Russia. Two of them have been posted near the Line of Actual Control (LAC) from them.
According to the report, one system is deployed at Xinjiang’s Hotan Air Base, close to ASC, while the other is stationed at Nayingchi Air Base in Tibet.
China had signed a deal with Russia for this missile system in 2014. This missile system was included in the Russian army in 2007.
It was first supplied to Turkey from Russia. Russia has also deployed it in Syria.
China has systematically upgraded all its airbases with India in the last two years. It includes Hotan, Kashgar, Gargunsa, and Shigatse.

China handed over the High to Medium Air Defense System HQ-9 developed on indigenous technology to Pakistan last year. It consists of long-range surface-to-air missiles.
