Second Attempt Of Chinese Incursion Along LAC Also Failed

Second attempt of Chinese incursion along LAC also failed, the Indian army reached the blacktop. The Indian Army has captured an important strategic peak on the southern side of Pangong Lake, with China’s Second attempt of military tactics in eastern Ladakh being thwarted for the second consecutive day.

On the night of 29-30 August, after Chinese troops failed to infiltrate, on 31 August, the Chinese army made a Second attempt to encroach in this area. But Indian soldiers have captured this peak, known as Black Top Hill, by demolishing the intentions of the Chinese army. This move of the Indian Army has strengthened the position of Indian soldiers in the area of Lake Pangong on the Line of Actual Control (LSC).

Buoyed by this, China accused the Indian Army of violating LAC in violation of its sovereignty. India dismissed this as saying that China is doing provocative actions on LAC. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, along with the top leadership of the three forces, reviewed the situation of China’s fury and the situation arising on the border. He asked security agencies to be prepared to face every situation.

India and China also held a brigadier-level dialogue on Tuesday for the second consecutive day on the new deadlock. Given the increasing Chinese restlessness due to the strong position of Indian troops in the southern area of Pangong Lake, there is no denying the possibility that Chinese troops may attack other strategic areas along the border. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh discussed the issue in a more than two-hour meeting with CDS General Bipin Rawat and the heads of the three services.

Apart from the military front, there was a separate meeting between Rajnath Singh, Foreign Minister S Jaishankar, and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval to hold China diplomatically. Chinese troops captured the southern shore of Pangong Lake on the night of 29-30 August. Attempts to do so were foiled by Indian troops.

Around 500 Chinese soldiers came from Musombe to capture this peak for their strategic lead over LAC. After a few hours of fighting and skirmishes with the Indian troops, the Chinese troops were forced to return. Even on the night of 31 August, Chinese troops were trying the second attempt with the intention of infiltrating.

Indian soldiers warn Mike on him that he has been spotted, so act with aplomb. After that, the Chinese soldiers did not try. This peak near the south bank of Pangong Lake is in the Thakung area of India, where Indian soldiers are now in a strong position. From this peak, the movement of Chinese soldiers and their vehicles across the LAC is under the direct watch of Indian soldiers.

This is strategically important in the current atmosphere of military tension. China has increased the number of troops in its area close to Thakung. In response, the Indian Army has also increased its troops in the Rejang Law and Rikin Law areas of Chushul to prevent Chinese adventurism.

The soldiers of both countries did not come yet

Black Top is located in the southern part of Pangong Lake in the Indian territory. But, the soldiers of the two countries were not yet coming to this peak. The Chinese army tried to occupy the peak to open a new infiltration front on the LAC. The Indian army first foiled the Chinese effort and then took the peak completely under its control.

Provocative action

Foreign Ministry spokesman Anurag Shrivastava confirmed the failure of Chinese encroachment efforts for the second time in two days, saying that on 31 August, when commander-level talks of the two countries were going on, Chinese troops took provocative action. However, the Chinese army’s plans to unilaterally change the status quo were prevented due to the timely defensive action of Indian troops.

China is telling against its sovereignty

China is expressing its fury by calling this retaliatory action of the Indian Army an encroachment against its sovereignty. There was no concrete result in the first meeting of the Brigadier level of the two countries on the situation of the front on Monday. According to sources, if China raised the issue of infiltration in its territory during this period, India also raised the issue of Chinese encroachment. That is why Brigadier level talks on deadlock were held on the second day on Tuesday, the results of which are yet to be revealed.
