Central security agencies have become cautious after Kashmiri boys who went to Turkey on student visas received evidence of their involvement in anti-India propaganda on Internet media.
Many such students have been identified and security agencies are preparing to write a letter to the Ministry of External Affairs to cancel their passports.
A senior official associated with the security agency said that in the past, videos and photos of violence in Iraq, Syria, and other countries were released on the internet media as an excess of security forces in Kashmir.
When they were investigated, it was found that all these were uploaded from a fake Internet media account in Turkey. Later, on the back of these accounts, there was evidence of some Kashmiri youth studying there.
So far, about half a dozen such youth have been identified and preparations are underway against them.
The senior official said that firstly, the passports of the youths running anti-India propaganda will be revoked and for this, they are going to write a letter to the Ministry of External Affairs soon.
He can also be arrested in case he comes to India after the passport is revoked.
Pakistan decided to prepare Turkey for training.
In fact, FATF’s strict surveillance of terrorist funding and the close watch of Indian agencies were proving difficult for Pakistan to carry out anti-India propaganda.
The number of Kashmiri youth going to Pakistan has also become negligible due to the strictness of security agencies. Only those Kashmiri youths are going to Pakistan, who have already been admitted.
After increasing difficulties in Pakistan, the ISI decided to prepare Turkey as a new center to push Kashmiri youth into anti-India activities.
Training is given to run anti-India propaganda.
Turkey, which has openly supported Pakistan on the Kashmir issue, has also opened its doors to Kashmiri students. The senior official said that in the last few years, a list of youth going to Turkey on student visas is being prepared.
He said that the number of such youth has become quite large, which is continuously increasing. It is not yet clear whether the Kashmiri youth going to Turkey for education is borne by their family or their funding is from outside.
Along with this, it is being ascertained who are giving training to Kashmiri youth to run anti-India propaganda.
The senior official said that there can be no denial of the fear that the youths who have gone to Turkey from other parts of the country apart from Kashmir are being trained in anti-India propaganda.
For this, special precautions are required and special attention should be paid to the youth going to Turkey. If it is controlled in the beginning, then it can be prevented from assuming a macabre form in the future.
ISI’s new plot is an important part.
It is to be noted that for a long time Pakistan has been plotting to trick Kashmiri youth under the guise of stipend for studies.
Under this, seats in Pakistani educational institutions were reserved for the children of Kashmiri people killed at the hands of security forces, and their nomination was done on the recommendation of the Hurriyat Conference.
Later it was found out by Hurriyat leaders to write such recommendation letters after taking bribes of millions of rupees.
It is believed that the issuance of a large number of student visas to Kashmiri youth from Turkey is part of the new ISI conspiracy.
