Terror Felt Across Bengaluru after Puzzling Noisy Blast Heard, Top Cop Connects with Flying corps for Answer

Bengaluru city Police Official Bhaskar Rao has asked the Air Force Control Room to affirm if there was any airplane development in the territory when the clamor was heard.

Bengaluru: A loud stable — which many guaranteed seemed like a tremendous accident — was heard across Bengaluru on Wednesday afternoon at around 1.30 pm, sending residents into a condition of panic.

Bengaluru city Police Chief  Bhaskar Rao said he has asked the Air Force Control Room to affirm if there has been any airplane development in the zone. “We have asked the Air Force Control Room to check if this was a flight,” Rao was cited as saying by some media agencies.

Some felt tremor-like vibrations with windows shaking for up to five seconds. As indicated by the Media report, the hypothesis is overflowing that the commotion could be a ‘sonic blast’ from a warrior stream flying over the city. Be that as it may, the Air Force has not made any affirmation yet.

Srinivas Reddy, Director of Karnataka State Natural Disaster Management Centre,(KSNDMC), said excused its theory being a quake, saying that “seismometers didn’t catch any ground vibration as for the most part occurs during a mellow tremor.”

The boisterous clamor which created terror among residents was heard in CV Raman Nagar, Whitefield, Old Madras Street, Kundanahalli, Ulsoor, HAL, Kammanahalli, Vivek Nagar, Ramamurthy Nagar, Koramangala, Hosur Street, and Cooke Town regions in the city.
