The Central Investigation Team Will Investigate The Aryan Case

The Central Investigation Team will investigate the Aryan case, Zonal Director Wankhede will also remain in the team.

The investigation of the famous Aryan Khan drug case will now be done by the Central team instead of the Mumbai team of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

The central team will be headed by NCB official Sanjay Singh. Till now this investigation was being done by NCB Mumbai zonal director Sameer Wankhede.

Although all the officers of his investigation team including Wankhede will still be associated with these cases, now they will follow the instructions of IPS Sanjay Singh.

Let us inform you that on October 2, last month, under the leadership of Sameer Wankhede, some other people including Aryan, were arrested for raiding the cruise Cardelia going from Mumbai to Goa.

After this arrest, Aryan Khan had to stay behind bars for 28 days.

But since Aryan’s arrest, Nationalist Congress Party spokesperson and Maharashtra government minister Nawab Malik have been continuously accusing Sameer Wankhede.

He has accused Wankhede of setting up fake independent witnesses in the Aryan case to being involved in extortion and getting government jobs by giving wrong caste certificates.

After several serious allegations were made against Wankhede, the Vigilance team of NCB has started the investigation of Sameer Wankhede.

The investigation is headed by NCB Deputy Director General Dnyaneshwar Singh.

Meanwhile, Sameer Wankhede himself had filed a petition in the Mumbai High Court and appealed to hand over the investigation of the Aryan case to the central agency.

Today, the NCB has announced to get the investigation of five cases including the Aryan case done by the central team.

Following this announcement, Wankhede has clarified that there has been no change in his responsibilities in Mumbai NCB. He will continue to be the zonal director of NCB Mumbai.

Will not even investigate the matter related to Nawab Malik’s son-in-law.

According to sources, the Mumbai NCB team led by Wankhede will also not investigate the case against Sameer Khan, son-in-law of Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik.

It is worth noting that for some time now Malik has targeted Wankhede. Commenting on the matter, Malik said that this is just the beginning.

Malik said – this is just the beginning.

On the other hand, Nawab Malik has tweeted saying that this is just the beginning. It is necessary to clean the whole system. Much still needs to be done.

According to Malik, the investigation of only 5 cases has been transferred to the central team. There are 26 such cases that need to be investigated.

Aryan Khan appeared in front of NCB.

Aryan Khan arrived at the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) office in South Mumbai on Friday to attend.

As per the conditions of the Mumbai High Court, he has to appear in the NCB office every Friday between 11 PM and 2 PM.

Aryan Khan, who was arrested by the NCB on October 2 in the cruise drug case, was granted conditional bail by the High Court on Friday last week itself.

One of the 14 conditions imposed by the High Court for bail is weekly attendance. Accordingly, Aryan reached the NCB office this afternoon.

Granted bail with conditions.

As per other key conditions of the High Court, Aryan will not be able to leave Mumbai without informing the police.

He will not be involved again in the activities in which he was arrested for his involvement. Will not talk to his co-accused in this matter.

Will not attempt to tamper with evidence, and will not interact with the media regarding his case. In case of non-compliance with these conditions, the NCB can request the High Court to cancel his bail.

BJP MLA targets Nawab Malik.

While Mumbai BJP MLA Ram Kadam has hit out at Nawab Malik, saying that the Maharashtra minister has proved that he is against those fighting the fight against drugs by holding 24 press conferences against Sameer Wankhede.

According to Ram Kadam, this often happens, when the finger is pointed at an officer during the investigation, the investigation of that case is given to a new officer.
