Ukraine’s Deputy Foreign Minister Zhaparova told India ‘Vishwa Guru’, said- supporting us is ‘the only right option.’

First Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Emin Zhaparova is on a visit to India. During this, he said today that supporting Ukraine is the “only right option” for a true Vishwaguru.

Jhaparova tweeted, ‘Happy to visit India – the land that gave birth to many sages, saints, and gurus. Today, India wants to be Vishwaguru, the global teacher and mediator.

In our case, we know very well – supporting Ukraine is the right choice for a true Vishwaguru.

During her four-day visit, Zhaparova will maintain talks with Secretary (West), Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Sanjay Verma, at some stage in which the 2 facets are predicted to talk about bilateral relations, a contemporary scenario in Ukraine and change perspectives on worldwide troubles of mutual interest.

Looking forward to sharing. It is to be known that this is the first official visit of any Eastern European country to India after the Russia-Ukraine war last year.

The Ministry of External Affairs said that Ukraine’s Deputy Foreign Minister will meet MOS for External Affairs during the visit.

She will meet Deputy National Security Advisor, Vikram Misri, and hold important discussions.

It may be noted that in the past also PM Modi has said, the Russia-Ukraine conflict can only be resolved through dialogue and diplomacy, and ‘India is ready to contribute to any peace efforts.’

He has since spoken several times to both Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

He also reiterated these things during his conversation with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.

He said at the SCO summit in September last year, “Today is not the era of war.” And we need to find ways to overcome the problems of food, and fuel.

The Prime Minister had said, ‘Today’s era is not of war and I have talked to you on the call about it. Today we can get the possibility to speak approximately how we will flow ahead in the direction of peace.

India-Russia have been with each other for many centuries.

He said that apart from India-Russia bilateral relations, we talked about solving the problems of food, fuel security, and fertilizers.

He has thanked both Russia and Ukraine for helping to evacuate Indian students during the war.
