The security situation in the country is continuously improving under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

In the next few years, it will happen that we will not have to deploy CRPF or any other security force in the cities for the internal security of the country.

The deteriorating situation in Kashmir is a clear example of this. The situation in Jammu and Kashmir has improved after Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister in 2014.

Our biggest achievement in J&K after the abrogation of Article 370 is that our security forces have controlled terrorism in the state to a great extent.

This was stated by Home Minister Amit Shah during a program organized at Maulana Azad Stadium in the city on the 83rd Raising Day of CRPF on Saturday.

After taking the salute of the parade of CRPF jawans and conferring police honor medals to the families of the martyrs and the brave jawans.

Appreciating the CRPF jawans, the Home Minister said that elections are a festival of democracy and fair elections are the soul of a democratic country.

Whenever Lok Sabha or Assembly elections are held in India, CRPF plays an important role in conducting elections peacefully across the country.

Amit Shah said that CRPF is playing an essential role in maintaining internal security in Northeast, Jammu and Kashmir, and Naxal-affected areas.

I hope there will be no need for CRPF in these areas in the coming years. He said that we need to be prepared for the challenges of the future.

The Jammu and Kashmir government has managed to ensure investment of more than Rs 33000 crore in the state.

Today democracy is flourishing in Jammu and Kashmir because we have Sarpanch and Panch in every village. National Highways are being developed at a rapid pace.

There are all modern means for the upliftment of Jammu and Kashmir. Record achievements are being made in every field.

The Union Home Minister said that seven new medical colleges and two AIIMS will soon become operational in Jammu and Kashmir, while all efforts have been made to provide corruption-free government to the people.

Praising the CRPF, Shah said that whether it is maintaining law and order in Jammu and Kashmir, fighting terrorism, or eliminating Naxalites.

The force has maintained its tag of being the best police force in the country. We will never forget the valor and courage of this force.

The great sacrifices made by 2,340 CRPF personnel in the line of duty will be written in golden letters. Never consider yourself alone in the families of the sacrificers. The whole country is with him.

He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the dream and dream of Shyama Prasad Mookerjee and Pandit Prem Nath Dogra – One Pradhan, One Vidhan, One Nishan has come true.

Today, the best tribute to the soul of Syama Prasad Mookerjee is that the whole of India has one flag, one constitution, and one leader. Let us tell you that Amit Shah reached Jammu on Friday evening on a two-day visit.
