UP ATS will take Jaish’s suspected terrorist Nadeem on custody remand, and will apply in court today.

The suspect of Jaish-e-Mohammed, arrested from Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh, may apply in the court on Tuesday to take Nadeem on the UP ATS custody remand.

ATS wants to collect evidence against Nadeem along with interrogation by taking him on custody remand for a strong defense of the case.

According to ATS, Nadeem, who lives in the Thana Gangoh area, was preparing for a fidayeen attack in India, influenced by the ideology of Pakistan’s terrorist organization Jaish and Tehreek-e-Taliban.

Significantly, two days after Nadeem’s arrest, UP ATS also arrested another suspected terrorist Habibul Saifullah of Jaish. UP ATS is also interrogating Habibul Saifullah.

According to the information, Habibul was in contact with foreign terrorist organizations with the help of a virtual ID and was inciting Muslim youth for jihad to make India an Islamic country.

Important evidence found from mobile.

UP ATS ADG Naveen Arora told that Nadeem was in direct contact with the terrorists of Jaish-e-Mohammed and Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan.

Nadeem was intercepted by the ATS and checked his mobile, in which a PDF file related to the training for the fidayeen blast was recovered.

Chats and voice messages have also been received from Nadeem’s mobile from Pakistan and Afghanistan’s Jaish-e-Mohammed and Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan terrorists.

Associated with terrorist organizations since 2018.

Nadeem was in contact with Jaish and Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan terrorists since 2018 through social media platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, IMO, Facebook Messenger, and Clubhouse.

Nadeem had taken training from foreign terrorists to create virtual numbers, after which Nadeem had made available more than 30 virtual numbers to these terrorists by creating virtual social media IDs.

Pakistani terrorist Saifullah had prepared Mohammad Nadeem to carry out a fidayeen attack. The complete training on how to attack was made available to Nadeem through social media.

The training was given to carry out fidayeen attacks on government buildings or police premises.

The task was given to kill Nupur Sharma.

In the initial interrogation of the ATS, Nadeem told that terrorists operating in Afghanistan and Pakistan were calling him to Pakistan for special training.

He was also planning to go to Pakistan with a visa and take training with Jaish there to go to Syria and Afghanistan.

During interrogation, Nadeem confessed that the Jaish terrorist of Pakistan had also given him the task of killing Nupur Sharma.

ATS ADG said that information has also been received about some Indian contacts of Nadeem, on which action has been started.
