In fact, more than 4.95 lakh vaccine doses have been received from the Center on Tuesday night in the state. This includes 4,20,570 doses of Covishield and 75,000 doses of Covaxin.

Along with this, it was also told that after June 6, the process of vaccination will be started again.

Tamil Nadu Health Minister Ma Subramaniam and State Health Secretary J. Radhakrishnan told in separate statements that the vaccination drive would be canceled from Wednesday.

Till Tuesday, a total of 98,183 people were vaccinated here. In this, 47,567 people in the age group of 18-44 years were given vaccine doses.

Indian engineer lodged in Pakistan jail for four years returned home, was arrested while crossing the border

A young IT engineer from Hyderabad, who entered Pakistan four years ago, was released by the neighboring country after completing his sentence. He is brought back to Hyderabad.

Cyberabad Police Commissioner VC Sajjnar said that 32-year-old Wandam Prashant was arrested by Pakistan’s Bahawalpur police in April 2017 while crossing the border without any valid documents.

Later a video of him went viral on the internet media, in which he had told that he is lodged in a Pakistani jail. He wanted to go to Switzerland to meet his girlfriend.

When Prashant did not return home, his father Babu Rao lodged a missing complaint at the Madhapur police station.
