Two jawans were seriously injured by shelling. The injured jawans were rushed to the hospital where doctors declared Havildar Shekhar a martyr.

As part of the same operation this morning, the Kashmir Police arrested two overground workers of Jaish-e-Mohammed from the Tral area of ​​Avantipora in south Kashmir.
