Case filed against 16 people for making derogatory remarks on judges, big CBI action.

CBI has registered a case against 16 people for posting derogatory posts on the internet media against judges of the Supreme Court and Andhra Pradesh High Court.

Officials said on Monday that the CBI has taken over the investigation of the case from the state CID.

On the order of the Andhra Pradesh High Court, the CBI is investigating 12 cases registered by the CID on the complaint of B. Rajasekhar.

The complainant, the Registrar General of the High Court, has alleged that prominent workers holding key positions in Andhra Pradesh are deliberately targeting judges on certain decisions, orders.

These people have accused the Supreme Court and some judges of the High Court of being interviewed, posted, lectured, and corrupted.

Facebook, Twitter Internet media have been abused and threatened to take life against the judges.

On October 12, the High Court directed the CBI to investigate the case and present the report in a sealed cover in eight weeks. The matter will be next heard on 14 December.

PIL has been filed in the Supreme Court to decide the maximum fees for the corona test

A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court to identify the maximum fees for the RT-PCR test for the detection of infection of global pandemic Covid-19.

It has demanded that the Central and State Governments be given guidelines for this.

The petition said that the Supreme Court should direct the governments to set the maximum price of RT-PCR (Real-Time Reverse Transcription Polymer Chain Reaction) test at just Rs 400 across the country.

Currently, its maximum value ranges from Rs 900 to Rs 2800 in various states and union territories of the country. It is the governments that have fixed these prices.
