Delhi court will pronounce judgment on taking cognizance of Delhi Police’s chargesheet in the case of violence at Red Fort on Republic Day.

In this case, on June 17, Delhi Police has also filed a supplementary charge sheet against the main accused Deep Sidhu.

On January 26, during the tractor rally, the agitators, who were opposing the agriculture law, entered the Red Fort and created a ruckus, and attacked the policemen.

In this case, 16 people including Deep Sidhu have been made accused.

In the case of violence at Delhi’s Red Fort on January 26, the police have claimed in their chargesheet that the violence at Red Fort was all part of a well-planned conspiracy.

According to the chargesheet, the Kisan March had entered the Red Fort under a well-planned conspiracy.

Its purpose was to capture the Red Fort and make the Red Fort a new Protest site so that the new agricultural law of the ruling Modi government at the center could be protested.

Significantly, during the Kisan Protest rally on 26 January, there was fierce violence in many areas of Delhi, especially in the Red Fort.

The tricolor was also insulted on the ramparts of the Red Fort and in its place, the Nishan Sahib and the Kisan flag were hoisted. Many people were arrested by Delhi Police in this case.

Several policemen had also suffered serious injuries in the violence perpetrated by the so-called farmers on 26 January.

At the same time, it was said on behalf of the farmers that the people involved in the violence are not theirs. At the same time, some more people can be made accused in connection with the violence of 26 January in Delhi.
