India Became World Champion For The 5Th Time: U-19 World Cup

India became world champion for the 5th time, won the title by defeating England in the final: U-19 World cup 2022 Final.

U19 WC 2022 Final The final match of the Under-19 World Cup 2022 was played between India and England at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua, North Sound.

The Indian team won the title for the fifth time by winning the match by 4 wickets on the superb batting power in a thrilling match.

Batting first, England were all out for 189 runs in 44.5 overs. India won the trophy after losing 6 wickets in 47.4 overs.

India has won the World Key trophy in 2022 after 2000, 2008, 2012, 2018. Raj Bawa, who took 5 wickets for England, was adjudged man of the match.

India won the final match, became champion for the fifth time.

In the second innings, the Indian team did not score a single run, and opener batsman Angkrish Radhuvanshi was caught by Joshua Biden without opening the account.

Harnoor Singh scored 21 runs off 46 balls and was dismissed by Thomas Aspinwall. Vice-captain Rashid scored a half-century in the second consecutive innings.

Kaushal Tambe dismissed Alex Horton for 10 runs and was caught by Yash Dhul. James Rayu played brilliant innings of 95 runs and his innings were ended by Ravi Kumar.

Ryu’s catch is caught by Kaushal Tambe. Ravi Kumar dismissed Thomas Aspinwall for zero. For India, Raj Bawa took five, Ravi Kumar four while Kaushal Tambe took one wicket.
