Most Wanted Terrorists: JKP Released The List Of Top 10 Terrorists

Most wanted terrorists: Jammu and Kashmir Police released the list of top 10 most wanted terrorists, 7 old 3 new included.

This year has been better for the security forces fighting against terrorism in Kashmir.

Since the beginning of the year, security forces have neutralized 89 terrorists, mostly top commanders of terror outfits, who are spreading terror in the Valley.

Not only this, most of the terrorists killed were from Lashkar-e-Taiba. According to IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar, more than 42 of the 89 terrorists were from Lashkar-e-Taiba.

After reviewing the terrorists operating in the valley, the Jammu and Kashmir Police have released the list of notorious terrorists of the valley, including seven old and three new terrorists.

In the list of Top 10 Most Wanted Terrorists released, most of them belong to Lashkar-e-Taiba.

While releasing this list, IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar said that soon these terrorists will either be killed in the encounter or they will be arrested.

The police have also placed a reward on these terrorists included in the list. If anyone gives information about these terrorists then this reward amount will be given to him. His identity will be kept secret.

Names of seven old and three terrorists included in the list: Salim Pare, Yusuf Kantru, Abbas Sheikh, Riyaz Shatargund, Farooq Nali, Zubair Wani, Ashraf Maulvi.

At the same time, the three new terrorists who have been included in the list include Saqib Manzoor, Umar Mushtaq Khande, and Vakil Shah.

Know from which organization are the terrorists included in the top 10 list:

Salim Pare: The commander of Lashkar-e-Taiba, Salim Pare Hajin is a resident of Bandipora.

Salim Pare alias Billa, who has been active in terrorist activities since the year 2014, has been involved in many terrorist attacks.

There are more than a dozen cases registered against him in Hajin, Gund Ganderbal.

Yusuf Kantru: Yusuf Kantru alias Isha Kantru is a resident of Tangmarg in district Baramulla.

Lashkar-e-Taiba’s operational head Yusuf has joined the terrorist organization by duping many youths and is still involved in this operation without being caught by the police.

He has been kept in the A++ category by the police.

Abbas Sheikh: Abbas Sheikh, a notorious terrorist living in Rampora Kamoh, is the head of The Resistance Front (TRF).

Although TRF is also considered a part of Lashkar-e-Taiba. In April last year, Abbas had left Hizbul Mujahideen and joined TRF. He did not like the policies of Hizbul Mujahideen.

Actually, Abbas was against killing local police personnel and people. After leaving HM, he also warned Hizbul Mujahideen members to stop attacking locals.

This is the reason why Abbas has now been avoiding both Hizbul Mujahideen and security forces.

Riyaz Shatargund: Riyaz, a resident of Kakpora in district Pulwama, is also an active member of Lashkar-e-Taiba. He also has murder and terrorist attacks cases registered against him.

The police department says that mainly Lashkar-e-Taiba has been eliminated in South Kashmir. Apart from Riyaz Ahmed, now no local top commander of the organization is active in this area.

Farooq Bhat alias Nali: The top commander of HM, Farooq Bhat alias Nali, is fifth in the top 10 list. Farooq Nali, a resident of Yaripora Kulgam, has been placed in the A++ category by the police.

After the arrest of Naveed Babu, the Hizbul Mujahideen organization gave him the responsibility of Kulgam and Pulwama.

He was also surrounded by security forces once in the Pulwama encounter but he escaped from there. Farooq had joined Hizbul Mujahideen in the year 2015.

You will be surprised to know that he belongs to a rich family in Kashmir. His family is associated with the apple industry.

Zubair Wani: The infamous terrorist commander of Hizbul Mujahideen, Zubair Wani, is in sixth place.

MPhil scholar Zubair was appointed it’s Chief Operational Commander by the Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist organization after his return from Pakistan in 2018.

Zubair, 30, has also been placed in the A++ category. Zubair, a resident of Kokernag Dehruna in South Kashmir, belongs to a poor family.

Ashraf Molvi: The last of the old names included in the new list includes the name of Hizbul Mujahideen’s chief commander Ashraf Molvi.

Ashraf Bhat alias Maulvi, who is included in the A++ category, hails from the Anantnag district in South Kashmir. He became a terrorist for the second time.

First, he linked terrorism in the year 2000. Then turned away from him. After that in the year 2015, he became an active terrorist of Hizbul Mujahideen.

Molvi has received arms training in Pakistan. He is credited with reviving terrorism in the Kokernag belt of South Kashmir. He is a veteran terrorist with a Jamaat background.

Molvi is not much educated but he has studied religion. He has more knowledge of Islamic teachings than other local militants.

By taking advantage of this education, the organization takes help in pushing the youth into the path of terrorism.
