National Investigation Agency (NIA) has taken major action in the ISIS module case in Pune. Four of the terrorists’ immovable properties have been appended by the NIA in the Pune ISIS module investigation.

NIA confiscated properties.

The NIA on Sunday said the properties attached in Kondhwa, Pune (Maharashtra) are linked to 11 terrorists, including three fugitives.

NIA said that these properties were being used for terrorist purposes.

NIA Cracks Down on ISIS Module: Was being used to make IEDs.

According to the agency, this action has been taken to eliminate the network of global terrorist organizations in the country.

These four properties were being used for making IEDs, training, and planning terrorist acts.

NIA has arrested 11 accused.

Let us tell you that NIA has already arrested all the 11 accused in this case. The properties attached under Section 25 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act are residential houses and flats.

These properties were in the names of accused Mohammad Imran Khan, Mohammad Yunus Saki, Mohammad Shahnawaz Alam, Mohammad Rizwan Ali, Qadir Dastagir Pathan, Simab Qazi, Zulfikar Ali Barodawala, Abdullah Faiyaz Shaikh, Talha Liaqat Khan, Shamil Nachan and Akif Nachan.

NIA had taken action against the ISIS module.

The case concerns ISIS’s plot to propagate terrorism by setting up IED manufacturing training workshops in Maharashtra, Gujarat, and other Indian states.

The NIA had in recent months taken action against the ISIS module as part of its crackdown on dismantling the terror networks of banned global terrorist organizations.

The agency said the investigation into the conspiracy and activities of ISIS is ongoing.
