NIA Disclosure: Lashkar Was Involved In Darbhanga Parcel Blast

NIA disclosure: Lashkar was involved in the Darbhanga parcel blast, terrorists were getting instructions from Pakistan.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has made an important disclosure in the parcel blast that took place last month in Darbhanga, Bihar.

According to information received from sources, this attack was carried out on the instructions of the Lashkar handler sitting in Pakistan.

In this case, two suspects were arrested on Wednesday from Nampally in Hyderabad, Telangana. The strings of both the suspected terrorists are linked to Lashkar-e-Taiba.

These suspects are originally from Shamli in Uttar Pradesh. Their conspiracy was to cause maximum damage to life and property by setting fire to a moving vehicle through a blast.

According to sources, on the instructions of Lashkar terrorists sitting in Pakistan, a conspiracy was hatched for maximum loss of life and property through terrorist attacks in different parts of India.

According to NIA sources, the accused Nasir and Imran had prepared the parcel IED and kept it in the Sikandra-Darbhanga Express.

Significantly, on June 17, there was an explosion in a parcel on platform number 1 of Darbhanga station. A week later, on June 24, the NIA started the investigation of the case afresh.

Iqbal, a resident of Kairana, taught how to make bombs.

According to the NIA, Nasir Khan went to Pakistan in the year 2012. Lashkar’s handler in Pakistan had taught him to make IEDs using chemicals easily available in the local market.

According to sources, Nasir has gone to Pakistan thrice. Nasir learned about making bombs from Lashkar’s Iqbal Khana and Asif Khana.

Both Iqbal and Arif Khana are residents of Kairana in Uttar Pradesh and currently live in Karachi.

Sources said that Imran Mallick was on his way to take the flight to Delhi before he was picked up by the agency from the house.

Actually, the address on the parcel was that of Sufyan and Bihar ATS is investigating this matter. While the parcel came from Secunderabad.

During the investigation, the suspects were seen in the CCTV there. At present, the arrested accused are being produced in the special court of NIA Patna on transit remand.

After getting the remand of the accused from here, an attempt will be made to uncover the big conspiracy by interrogating the accused.
